Return Process

  Contact our support team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and proof of purchase to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Securely pack your MOZA gear in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to avoid restocking fees.
